A complete line of VacIon ion pumps is available with a wide selection of pumping speeds (0.4-1000 L/s). Ion pumps are also available in intelligent combinations with titanium sublimation pumps (Ion CombiTSP) and non-evaporative aspirator (Ion CombiNEG) pumps to provide a clean, vibration-free vacuum environment.

Ion pumps and controllers are available in a variety of customisable configurations to meet your diverse vacuum needs.
